Schedule of Events

Friday ~ Various Locations
We will be touring various filming locations–among them, the Sullivan Entertainment backlot and other filming sites out of Toronto. Please meet in the Black Creek Pioneer Village parking lot no later than 9 AM, so we may leave to start the tour at 9:15 AM. Punctuality is crucial, given our tight schedule. Registered attendees with cars are encouraged to carpool. The tour will conclude between 4:30 and 5 PM and we should be back at the BCPV parking lot between 5:30 and 6 PM depending on traffic.

Saturday ~ Black Creek Pioneer Village
Speakers will include James O’Regan, Mag Ruffman, composer John Welsman, Ian Clark, Michael Mahonen. Doors open at 9:30 AM; we will start at 10 AM. At noon, we will have an hour-long lunch break, during which time we encourage you to explore Black Creek Pioneer Village if at all possible. The day will end between 5 and 5:30 PM. Afterward, we will have a group dinner. Details about this will be sent to registered attendees.

Sunday ~ Black Creek Pioneer Village
Speakers will be announced later. We will have our charity auction with auctioneer Mike Matthews–the proceeds of which will benefit the Good Shepherd. Doors open at 9:30 AM; we will start at 10 AM. Again, we will have an hour-long lunch break starting at noon. We will end the day between 5 and 5:30 PM.

Please be back from lunch on time. Parking is free for attendees for Saturday and Sunday but we don’t know about Friday yet. We’ll let you know about it later.
