“It’s not difficult because he comes with a very clear idea and my job is just to transform his ideas into music.” – Peter Breiner on working with Kevin Sullivan

The melodies that accompany the actions of New Bedford’s residents are brought to you by one of the world’s most recorded and well known musicians.

Peter Breiner is the composer behind several Sullivan Entertainment productions, including Anne of Green Gables: The Continuing Story and the original score of Magic Flute Diaries, in addition to Wind at my Back.

Breiner started playing the piano at the age of four and began formal training in composing, conducting, percussion and piano at the Conservatory in Kosice, Czechoslovakia when he was nine.  He came to Toronto in the early 1990’s and since then has participated in hundreds of recordings and concerts.  Having been both a radio and TV host for music programs, Breiner is also the president and founder of Sympho Fun Incorporated, which is a Canadian company that records classical and film music.
