I used to visit my grandparents every summer as a child. They lived near Lake Michigan and would take my sister and I swimming every morning. I used to anxiously look for the horizon beyond the dunes as we drove closer and closer. The sight of the endless sky and water was and continues to be a great inspiration to me and my art.
