Easter Ideas

For all those Easter lovers, who bring on the whole family to eat, well why not try an Easter Buffet rather than cooking one big meal that could go towards a disaster.

Start with a little something like this:

Spiral-sliced ham

Cranberry Chutney

Pineapple Salsa

Orange-Mint salsa

Sweet-n-Hot Apple Chutney

Baked glazed ham with Pineapple-raisin sauce

Mustard new Potatoes

Asparagus Spears with citrus–ginger Dip

Smoked Scallops and Curry

Beef Tenderloin Wellington

Basmati Rice with Dill

Cornbread-Apricot stuffing

Now would you say this is a good start towards an Easter Buffet? Plus it all depends on how many people you will be having over. Also, depends on your own taste buds and what flavors work well together. I would give it a try, wouldn’t you?
