Official Contest Rules
1. “Contest Period” starts at 12:01 am on May 1, 2009 and continues until 11:59 pm on May 31, 2009 the “Contest Closing Date”. No purchase necessary. Only one (1) entry per person, per e-mail address. All times are Eastern Daylight Times.
(a) To enter, go to www.anneofgreengables.com and complete the entry ballot in full and submit it as instructed by the Contest Closing Date.
(b) A random draw by Sullivan Entertainment (the “Contest Sponsor”), from all entries received as of the Contest Closing Date will be made at approximately noon on June 12, 2009 at 110 Davenport Road, Toronto, Ontario, M5R 3R3. Selected entrant will be contacted by telephone or email, as set out on the entry form.
(c) If a selected entrant cannot be reached within five (5) days following the draw, incorrectly answers the skill-testing question, declines the prize, or fails to return a Release of Liability as specified below, another entrant will be randomly selected from the remaining entries.
2. (a) Participants are eligible to win one (1) Grand Prize, having an approximate retail value of $______ CDN, based upon a Toronto, Ontario departure, actual value may vary depending upon point of departure, and consists of:
- Return economy airfare gift certificate from a major US or Canadian gateway from which Air Canada operates Flights (excluding code share) to Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island, courtesy of Air Canada Kids’ Horizons.
- Five (5) night accommodations gift certificate for up to four persons at Dalvay by the Sea, PEI. The five night stay includes overnight accommodations for up to four persons sharing the same Room/ or Cottage at the Resort over any five consecutive days during the dates indicated below. Also included are all of the resort facilities and full breakfast daily.
- The winner will also receive one (1) DVD copy of Anne of Green Gables ~ A New Beginning, one (1) Anne of Green Gables ~ 5-Disc Collector’s Edition DVD and The Official Movie Companion Booklet for Anne of Green Gables ~ A New Beginning autographed by Kevin Sullivan and Hannah Endicott-Douglas
