She's telling Olivia how annoyed she was about how smug Eulalie was about the Carmody cannery and her prediction that it would run everyone out of business. I wouldn't have either if I hadn't just watched that one fairly recently. I tend to get stumped most on ones in the 1st season because I rarely watch most of those.

lol That's what I thought when I read that quote. I didn't even remember which episode it was from and who said it. :b I was glad that I wrote down where it came from and who said it as I would have never figured it out.
