Anne’s excitement to try ice cream for the first time is something we can all understand. And her enjoyment of it ever after definitely brings a smile to your face. There is nothing better than a nice cold, sweet and creamy treat on a warm day.

 

With summer on the way, here is a recipe for Vanilla ice cream that will be easy for you to make at home without having to churn or use an ice cream maker.

Ingredients

2 cups, Heavy Whipping Cream

2 tsp, Vanilla Extract

1 14 oz. can, Sweetened Condensed Milk

 

Optional: Any other ingredients you wish to add for taste.

*Vanilla Extract can be substituted for Mint Extract to make Mint Ice Cream.

Instructions

Whip the cream until you see stiff peaks begin to form.

Add condensed milk and vanilla extract. Mix until well combined.

Place mixture in freezer-safe container. Keep in freezer until ice cream reaches your preferred firmness.

Serve and enjoy!
