  • 2 large carrots
  • 1/2 tsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt


  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Wash and peel carrots. Thinly slice the carrots on a diagonal to make oval pieces.
  3. Place sliced carrots in a bowl. Add olive oil and sea salt.
  4. Spread evenly on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
  5. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes until they are crisp.
  6. Let cool and enjoy!
