- 2 large carrots
- 1/2 tsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Wash and peel carrots. Thinly slice the carrots on a diagonal to make oval pieces.
- Place sliced carrots in a bowl. Add olive oil and sea salt.
- Spread evenly on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 15 to 20 minutes until they are crisp.
- Let cool and enjoy!
