Chocolate Bark

Both spicy and sweet, this chocolate bark is the perfect treat for anyone, especially for that special “lady love” in your life. Add as much pepper flakes as you like, or none at all.   • 1 bag of semisweet chocolate chips
  • 2 cups of corn tortilla chips
  • 2 tsp crushed red pepper


  1. Crush the tortilla chips into small pieces.
  2. Prepare a double boiler with a pot and saucepan. Boil water in the saucepan and add chocolate chips into the pot. Stir continuously until the chocolate melts.
  3. Remove from heat and combine the crushed chips with the chocolate.
  4. On a serving plate lined with parchment paper, spread the chocolate evenly.
  5. Sprinkle pepper on top.
  6. Freeze for 15 minutes and then break the bark into bite-sized pieces.
  7. Enjoy!
